Our OneLogin vendor will be installing a new security certificate on Wednesday, April 12, between 11:00 pm and 2:00 am Thursday. There should be no impact providing you are using the latest version of the Protect app on your phone. Below are the directions from the OneLogin vendor to check that you are running the latest version of the Protect app. Note that while the certificate is being installed on Wednesday night, you have until Tuesday, the 18th, to ensure you are using the latest version.

The certificate authority that powers the OneLogin Protect app on iOS will expire on April 24th, 2022. To avoid access disruptions to your organization's OneLogin portal, users must update the OneLogin Protect app on their mobile device before April 18th, 2022.
