ITS staff and the vendor have completed the upgrade to the ImageNow/Perceptive system. Users will not be able to access ImageNow until the client on their workstations has been updated. ITS staff are reaching out to individual users to schedule a time for this to be done. There are about 70 workstations to be updated, so, please be patient. ITS staff will be getting your workstation as quickly as they can.

With the campus closing, ITS and our consultant have started the ImageNow upgrade. The system and database are offline and the upgrade has started. Thanks!

ITS Staff will be working with an outside consultant to upgrade the ImageNow system. This is a critical upgrade and a lengthy one. The ImageNow system will be taken down at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 15th and will be down through the weekend. It will be available at the start of business on Monday morning. At that point, the second part of the upgrade will begin – the updating of the ImageNow client software on the 70 workstations where it is installed. Individual clients will not be able to use ImageNow until the client software has been updated. ITS staff will be reaching out on Monday morning, to schedule the client upgrade with the affected staff.
