8/13/2020 - Emergency Server Reboot - Self Service
Scheduled Maintenance Report for Bucks County Community College
Completed
ITS staff have completed the server reboot but the issue did not clear up. It is working in some browsers but it's inconsistent. For some people it is working in Chrome and not Firefox and the opposite is true for others. We're continuing to research.

ITS will be doing an emergency reboot of the Self Service front end servers to try and correct the formatting issues that started in the last hour. Self Service will be unavailable for approximately 10 to 20 minutes.

We will post an all clear when the reboots are complete.
