ITS staff have completed the Colleague Infrastructure upgrades. All ITS systems are fully operational and available.

Per Brant's email, Colleague and its related systems will be coming offline Thursday night for the infrastructure upgrades. ITS requests that all users be logged out of the Colleague UI interface and all Colleague related systems including Web Advisor, Self Service for Employees and Students, and Web Time Entry by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday night.

We will post an all clear when the upgrades are completed and depending on how long it takes, periodic progress reports on the status of the effort.

Hello

Beginning at night on Thursday, October 17, ITS will be taking Colleague and all related systems offline for a major infrastructure upgrade (e.g. Self Service, WebAdvisor, WebUI5). We are expecting to be down through the weekend, with normal service returning on Monday, October 21.

This means that during the work day on Friday, October 18, you should not plan to have any access to Colleague or related systems.

This is not an upgrade of Colleague itself, only the underlying servers. So, no functionality, interfaces, processes, or otherwise should change as a result of this upgrade. As it is a major upgrade, we simply expect it to take quite a while to complete.

Please let me know if you have any major issues with this and we will try to work with you on a solution or workaround. We are juggling not only our own schedules on this but also those of Ellucian, so the time period is locked in.
