We were able to resolve the issue without a reboot. Colleague is available and fully operational. ITS will continue to monitor it to ensure it remains available and stable.

ITS will be performing an emergency reboot of one of the Colleague servers to try and clear up the ongoing issues from this afternoon. We'll be starting that process in about five minutes.
