We've concluded our verification and monitoring processes and all systems check out and are available and fully operational. That is until we bring Colleague down for its scheduled maintenance at 5:00 p.m.

The consultant and ITS staff have concluded the maintenance to add MFA to the Global Protect (vpn) application. We had a few fallout issues that have been resolved. Some of you may have accidentally lost access to Global Protect. If you're receiving an access denied message, please let the Help Desk know and we'll restore your access. If you're currently logged in, you will remain so but when you restart your computer, you'll need to sign in to Global Protect. You should receive the OneLogin Identity screen and you'll login in with your email and usual password.

We're going to keep this activity open for a little longer as we verify everything is working as expected.

On Tuesday, March 14, ITS will be working with a consultant to add MFA to our Global Protect (vpn) application. The maintenance window is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. although if we run into issues it could run longer. The primary impact is at some point during the process you will be logged out of VPN. When you sign back in, you will be given the familiar Bucks Identity login screen and you will log in with your regular credentials. In the future, you will likely be asked to login to Global Protect more frequently. We will send out an all clear when the process is complete.
