Twilio, the cloud-based communications company the college uses to issue SMS codes in conjunction with our MFA vendor, OneLogin, has issued an update on planned SMS carrier maintenance that will take place starting Wednesday, April 30th, at 9:00pm EDT and potentially lasting until Thursday, May 1st, at 8:00am EDT. During this period Bucks users who use SMS to receive their OneLogin MFA code may experience delays in receiving this code, or may not receive it at all. If you are a user who is negatively impacted by this planned maintenance, please contact the college's Help Desk at 215-968-8191 or at help.desk@bucks.edu for assistance. The T-Mobile network in the United States is conducting a planned maintenance from 30 April 2025 at 18:00 PDT until 01 May 2025 at 05:00 PDT. During the maintenance window, there could be intermittent delays delivering SMS to and from T-Mobile United States handsets when sending via long codes and short codes.
In addition a subset of small networks in the US are conducting a planned maintenance from 30 April 2025 at 20:00 PDT until 30 April 2025 at 22:00 PDT. During the maintenance window, there could be intermittent delays delivering SMS to and from small US carriers handsets.
